For every hour spent capturing images or video, there are 2–3 hours of "invisible" work behind the scenes.

This includes:

• Handling files & Selection: Sorting through hundreds of frames to find the gems.
• Post-Processing: Professional color grading and retouching.
• Video Editing: Cutting, sound design, and exporting for different platforms.

Essentially, one day for you equals nearly two full workdays for me. You get the benefit of a full production cycle condensed into a single subscription day.

Because every brand has different needs, there is no "fixed" number. A single day could produce 50 atmospheric event photos or one highly polished, high-end branding video.

It depends on:

• Format: Are we shooting quick social clips or a long-form brand story?
• Complexity: Do the images require heavy post-processing or a natural, "lifestyle" look?
• Mix: Are we focusing solely on photography, or splitting the day with video?

The Goal: We prioritize quality over quantity. During our monthly planning meeting, we’ll define exactly what deliverables you need to ensure you get the most out of every hour.

Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your office, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your project in a place that holds meaning to it.

To provide you with a premium, in-house experience at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire, this model relies on regular monthly bookings. For this reason, days cannot be saved or rolled over. This structure ensures we can dedicate the necessary time to your brand while keeping your costs low and predictable.

Our goal is to make this subscription as "plug-and-play" as possible.

Here is a breakdown of how the costs work:

The Subscription Essentials (Included)

• Professional Gear: Full kit for high-end stills and video footage.
• The Studio: All post-processing and video editing (performed at my dedicated workstation).
• Standard Processing: Color grading and professional retouching for all selected images.
• Local Travel: All transportation within Greater Copenhagen is covered.
• Ready-to-Use Files: All content is delivered in the correct formats for both web and social media, so you can post immediately.

The Variables (Extra Costs)

• Travel Outside Copenhagen: Transport and time are billed separately.
• Production Level: Do you need raw files for your own marketing team to edit, or do you need me to handle subtitling and "fancy" high-end animations? The complexity of the edit determines how much we can produce within your monthly hours.
• External Talent: Fees and sourcing for professional models, actors, or voiceover talent are not included. The client is responsible for all third-party talent costs and arrangements.
• Location Fees: Renting a studio, a specific house, or paying for permits to shoot in public spaces/museums are handled by the client.

All subscriptions are prepaid. Invoices are sent at the start of each month. To initiate the partnership, the first 3-month commitment is billed as a single upfront payment.

Flexibility is a core part of our collaboration. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription by sending us a written notice via email.

• Changes: You can adjust your package level at any time to match your upcoming needs.
• Cancellations: After the initial 3-month commitment period, you can cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the start of the following month.
